The upper level of Arriba's building has always had sleeping rooms since the beginning. In the early days, Butler was a town built on the needs of Railroad workers from the nearby yard. The workers often needed a place to relax and spend the night. In time, the rooms were converted to boarding rooms for weekly and monthly rental.
In 2007, Betty started a complete renovation of the upper level to accommodate the needs of both short and longer term stays. The rooms are being remodeled and updated to larger, more comfortable efficiency rooms. With the construction nearing completion, the rooms will soon be available for rent - call Betty for more information.
